About ncgs

The National Coin Grading Service (NCGS) embodies the highest form of quality and value for coin enthusiasts around the world. Our tradition of focusing on the highest possible standards provides owners of our certified coins with the unique combination of quality and value. The quality is represented by strict grading standards and our focus on conservation efforts.  We use the highest quality components to ensure protection of our certified coins. The value is provided by direct access. Coin collectors are able to buy directly from NCGS and avoid the high markups associated with competing coin grading services. Our coins are offered at our cost + 10%.  Dealers often markup certified coins 100-200% and more.  Stop paying those highly inflated prices. Your coin investments are important. Buying quality coins at the best possible price will make your efforts much more enjoyable and rewarding.

The demand for U.S. collectible coins has seldom been stronger. Increased activity in the market usually brings out more offerings that would normally not be seen. The United States Mint plans many exciting releases for 2008.  The success of the 50 States Quarters program, the new Presidential dollars and the First Lady offerings all have helped fuel demand for U.S. coins.  Everywhere you look there seems to be a cool new design coming out. Our advice. Get out there and enjoy coin collecting. Attend a coin show, send for our current price list and buy some coins from us. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You will not be disappointed.
